Training for clinics and healthcare organizations

Choose a programme around the team’s work

For healthcare marketing teams, clinic managers, supervisors and commercial teams in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. Programme scope is agreed after a needs discussion; delivery format, language, duration and availability are confirmed before booking.

Programme 1: medical marketing and measurement

Audience: marketing staff and clinic owners. Modules: selecting a service priority, defining the audience, building a campaign brief, connecting enquiries to bookings and reading a simple performance report. Practical exercise: diagnose a fictional campaign with a booking bottleneck. Output: a campaign brief and measurement sheet that the team can adapt to its work.

Programme 2: clinic management and team coordination

Audience: clinic managers and supervisors. Modules: process mapping, ownership, handover rules, exception handling and meeting routines. Practical exercise: rebuild the handover between reception and the follow-up team. Output: a responsibility matrix and a short operating checklist.

Programme 3: CRM adoption and reporting

Audience: CRM users, supervisors and operations staff. Modules: field definitions, pipeline stages, record quality, follow-up ownership and reading reports. Exercises use fictional records or approved anonymized material. Output: a data-entry guide and a list of reporting checks; software administration training is scoped against the actual system.

Programme 4: reception and medical call centers

Audience: receptionists, booking agents and quality supervisors. Topics include opening a conversation, identifying the enquiry, explaining the next step, recording the outcome and escalating clinical questions. The dedicated call-center programme adds role-play and a coaching scorecard.

Before, during and after training

Before: agree one observable performance gap and the participants’ roles. During: use short explanations, practice and feedback. After: agree how the manager will observe application and review the same skill again. Attendance, a quiz and on-the-job performance answer different questions; none alone proves a business result.
